These Terms of Use govern your use of this website (unfoldculture.com, the "Website"), operated by Unfold Culture ("we", "us", "our"; full details in our Legal Notice). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About this Website

The Website is currently a pre-launch landing page. It provides information about the upcoming Unfold Culture product and lets you subscribe to our launch list. The Website itself does not provide the Unfold Culture product, and using it does not create any contract for paid services. Separate terms will apply to the product once it launches.

3. Newsletter / launch list

Subscribing to our launch list is free and voluntary. We use a double opt-in process and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. How we handle the data you provide is described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information and to only enter an email address that you are entitled to use.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• submit false, misleading or third-party data without authorisation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Website or its underlying systems;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or harvest content or data; or
• introduce malware or otherwise misuse the sign-up form (e.g. to send unsolicited or automated submissions).

The Website and its content - including text, design, graphics, the Unfold Culture name and logo - are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the Website for your personal, informational use. Any other use (in particular copying, distribution, modification or commercial use) requires our prior written consent. The names, logos and trademarks of third parties referenced on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

6. External links

The Website contains links to external websites (for example our demo booking page on Cal.com). We have no influence over the content of external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Responsibility for linked content lies with its respective operator.

7. Availability and no warranty

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accessible, and we may change, suspend or discontinue the Website (or the planned product) at any time. Information on the Website about the upcoming product is non-binding and does not constitute a guarantee that the product, any feature, any price or any launch date will be made available.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health caused by our breach of duty, and for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable where we breach a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment is essential and on which you may reasonably rely); in that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded. The above limitations do not apply to liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) or to the extent we have given a guarantee. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The statutory rules on place of jurisdiction apply.

We may amend these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the Website or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
