Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Toolbox, operated by Unfold Culture, is a culture development platform that provides: an AI-powered assistant for culture and leadership guidance; a resource library with curated materials; and tools for personal and team development.

2. Account Requirements

Users must provide truthful information during registration and maintain their own account security. One account per person - account sharing is not permitted. Users must be at least 16 years old.

3. Billing

Annual subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, but you may cancel at any time, with access continuing through the end of the billing period.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Share account credentials;
• Engage in illegal activity;
• Post harmful content;
• Attempt system intrusions;
• Use data scraping tools; or
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission.

5. AI Assistant Limitations

The AI assistant provides general guidance, not professional advice, and may not always be accurate. You should not rely on it exclusively for significant decisions.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create, while granting Unfold Culture the rights needed to store and process your content in order to provide the service.

7. Legal Protection

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous year.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

German law governs all matters relating to these terms.
